- Hummus
- 2 cup chick peas(boiled with water)
- 1/4 cup tahina paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic
- Salt as per taste

- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp parsley dry
- Tahina paste
- 4 tbsp seasame seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- Tahina sauce
- 1/4 cup tahina paste
- 1 tsp green chilli
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- Salt as per taste
- Salad
- 1/2 cup tomatoes thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup spring onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cabbage thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tsp vinegar
- Falafal
- 2 cup green moong Dal
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tsp green chilli chopped
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp zatar spice mix(thyme, seasame seeds, salt)
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
Steps to make to make Falafal sandwich
- For tahina paste: cook seasame seeds in pressure cooker with half cup of water. Make a fine paste with olive oil, salt and lemon juice.



- For tahina sauce:mix hung curd, mustard powder, green chilli sauce in a bowl. Add other ingredients, mix it and keep aside.



- For hummus: mix all ingredients in a mixture jar, and make smooth and soft paste.



- Add water kept from chick peas Peel to make smooth mixture.



- For falafal: soak Dal for 6 hours. Make a smooth and thick paste of Dal with chillies and garlic. transfer the paste in a bowl. Mix other remaining ingredients in it. Lastly add lemon juice and baking powder



- Mix well for better results. Deep fry like pakodas and keep aside.



- Salad: u can saute the salad ingredients. Keep aside. Serving: cut pita bread into half and slit it all. Slightly toast the bread on tawa with oil.



- Now it's a bread pocket. Apply, hummus, tahina sauce, insert falafal.



- Place little salad, and again sprinkle sauce. Now ur yummy sandwich is ready to eat.
